Returns + Exchanges
RETURNS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR THE SIZE IS INCORRECT. In this case we will only offer exchanges for the right product. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.

There are certain situations where you will receive the order and 50% off your next order. (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If the error is on our behalf, we will give you the item and a discount code for your next purchase .
